Terms and Conditions for Student/Parent App
Global School Management (GSM)
Effective Date: January 1, 2025

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the GSM Student/Parent App, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please uninstall the app.

2. Account Access
2.1 Accounts are created by your school administration
2.2 You must:
   - Keep login credentials private
   - Not share your account
   - Report unauthorized access immediately to your school

3. Permitted Use
You may use the app only for:
3.1 Viewing academic progress (grades, attendance)
3.2 Communication with teachers/school
3.3 Receiving school announcements
3.4 Submitting assignments (student accounts)

4. Prohibited Activities
You must NOT:
4.1 Share login details with others
4.2 Use the app for commercial purposes
4.3 Post inappropriate content
4.4 Attempt to access other users' data
4.5 Disrupt app functionality

5. Data Privacy
5.1 The app displays only your/your child's information
5.2 School administrators control what data is visible
5.3 Do not share screenshots of app content publicly

6. Parental Responsibilities
6.1 Parents are responsible for monitoring their child's app usage
6.2 Must report any data inaccuracies to the school
6.3 Should educate children about digital safety

7. Intellectual Property
7.1 App content belongs to your school or GTS
7.2 You may not copy or redistribute app content

8. Limitations
8.1 GTS is not responsible for:
   - Internet connectivity issues
   - Device-specific problems
   - Accuracy of school-provided data
8.2 The app may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance

9. Termination of Access
Your school may disable your account if:
9.1 You violate these Terms
9.2 Your student leaves the school
9.3 The school discontinues GSM service

10. Changes to Terms
GTS may update these Terms with 30 days notice via:
10.1 In-app notifications
10.2 Email (if provided to school)
10.3 School website announcements
