Refund and Cancellation Policy
Global School Management (GSM)
Effective Date: January 1, 2025

1. General Policy
Global Technology Service ("GTS") offers refunds under specific conditions for GSM subscriptions. This policy applies to all paid subscriptions.

2. Refund Eligibility
2.1 Monthly Subscriptions:
   - Payments are non-refundable after processing.
   - No refunds for partial months used.

2.2 Yearly Subscriptions:
   - Refund requests must be submitted to refunds@globaltechnologyservice.com within 15 days of payment.
   - Refunds are not granted if GSM has been used extensively.
   - For cancellations after 15 days:
     * GTS will calculate: (Days Used + 2 Months)
     * This period is deducted before prorated refund calculation
     * Example: 30 days used = deduction of (30 days + 2 months)

2.3 Trial Subscriptions:
   - Free trials are non-refundable.

3. Cancellation Process
3.1 Monthly Subscriptions:
   - Cancel anytime via admin panel.
   - Access continues until current billing cycle ends.

3.2 Yearly Subscriptions:
   - Cancel via admin panel.
   - Within 15 days: May qualify for refund.
   - After 15 days: No refund, access continues until term end.

3.3 Trial Subscriptions:
   - Cancel anytime before conversion to paid plan.

4. Refund Processing
4.1 Submit requests to: refunds-cancellations@globaltechnologyservice.com
4.2 Processing time: Up to 30 business days
4.3 Refunds issued to original payment method

5. Policy Changes
GTS may modify this policy with notice via:
   - Email to account holders
   - In-app notifications
