Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing MyEdu School Management (MYEDU). We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to request a refund or cancel your subscription. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations related to MYEDU.

Refund Policy

   Monthly Subscriptions: Payments for monthly MYEDU subscriptions are non-refundable after the payment has been processed. Once your monthly payment is processed, it is considered final.

   Yearly Subscriptions: Refunds for yearly MYEDU subscriptions may be considered under the following conditions:

    *   Refund requests must be submitted in writing to refunds@globaltechnologyservice.com within 15 days of the initial payment for the yearly subscription.
    *   Refunds are subject to review and approval by GTS. Refunds are not granted if the software has been used extensively.  GTS will consider the system being used until the user unsubscribes or applies for unsubscription through the admin panel's subscription section.
    *   If a yearly subscription is canceled after 15 days of the initial payment, GTS will calculate the number of days the system was used (up to the date of unsubscription through the admin panel) and add two (2) months to that period. This total period (number of days used + 2 months) will be deducted from the subscription term before calculating the prorated refund. For example, if you used the system for 30 days and then unsubscribe, the refund will be calculated based on the remaining subscription term *minus* (30 days + 2 months).

   Trial Subscriptions: Trial subscriptions are offered free of charge. No refunds are applicable for trial subscriptions.

Cancellation Policy

   Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel your monthly MYEDU subscription at any time by visiting the subscription section from the admin panel. Your cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to MYEDU until the end of the current billing cycle.

   Yearly Subscriptions: You may cancel your yearly MYEDU subscription by visiting the subscription section from the admin panel. If you cancel within 15 days of your initial payment, you may be eligible for a refund as described in the "Refund Policy" section above. If you cancel after 15 days, no refund will be issued, but your access to MYEDU will continue until the end of the paid subscription term.

   Trial Subscriptions: You may cancel your trial subscription at any time before it converts to a paid subscription.

General Information

   All refund and cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to refunds-cancellations@globaltechnologyservice.com.
   We will process refund requests within 30 business days of receiving your request.
   Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
   GTS reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. We will notify you of any changes by email, and in-app notification.
